  " The price was competitive, what we didn't know was that the car park was unmanned, and as far as I could see, there were no instructions that would tell us what to expect when we got there. The barrier lifted automatically when we drove up to it, so we drove in and parked. While we were unpacking the car, we noticed a car at the exit barrier, with the barrier still down, he still had not managed to exit the car park 10 minutes later, and we were concerned that this was going to happen to us when we returned. I contacted you via your live chat, the first time, I was cut off. The second time, I spoke to a lady called Yasmin. Once she fully understood my concerns, she advised me that the barriers open using number plate recognition, which put our minds at rest. "

  " Generally well organised on emails etc but directions to parking area with free spaces would be very useful. We searched for a parking place for 10 minutes before finding a car that was just leaving and used their space. "

  " Excellent, efficient service.We were in the airport within 15 minutes of arriving at the car park and on our return the bus was waiting to take us back to the car par and the driver was very helpful with our luggage. The car was ready and we were quickly on our way home. "

  " The gentleman doing the airport transfer on my departure date was extremely helpful. I was traveling on my own with a lot of luggage. I called to check how it would work as I couldn't move it all on my own and he reassured me he would be in and would help me. That removed a big worry out of the trip.
  When I arrived there seemed to be too many cars in the car park, was instructed to park by the road just outside, but the car was perfectly parked when I collected it.

  " Security guard at gate was off hand and unfriendly. Woman at reception did not smile and was unwelcoming too.
  Easy to find. Good price. Safe. Efficient shuttle bus service too and from terminal. "

  " Have used you before covid and service picking you up from the airport was better you used to have 2 buses seems at the moment there is only one so you can't get everyone on so we had to wait for the same bus to come back hopefully this will be sorted as I like using this airpark "

  " Finding the parking location was very difficult as post code for the location was closed. Had to go into the other car park opposite and they directed us into airport for Vikings new location. There were no instructions or signage for the car park, tried calling the mobile number which didn’t work. Took 20 minutes to find and took a gamble of leaving the car in the long stay car park. Not a good start to your holiday. "

  " I won't use any other carpark at LBA. The staff are excellent and feel assured my car is safely parked whilst I'm away. Never had to wait for a shuttle bus to and from the airport for the 2 minute journey. "

  " Airparks (Sentinel) were excellent. Easy to find and park up with bus ready to take us to Leeds Bradford terminal. Again on return bus was ready and driver helped with the cases. Quick easy collection of key and easy to find car for quick getaway. "
