  " I wouldn’t book the long stay car park again. On our outward journey we waited ages for a shuttle bus and when one finally came it was full. My 5 year old grandson was very upset so we walked instead. Not easy with all our luggage. The return was better as we were lucky enough to get straight on a bus but it was very uncomfortable because it was packed. In my opinion a more frequent service is needed. "

  " Hard to find a place to leave my car unless a huge terrain was empty, or marked as "staff only". Took 20 minutes to leave, because the car park barrier didn't want to open. "

  " On both entering and leaving the car park our number plate wasn't automatically recognised. It was unclear where to scan our barcode, it wasn't accepted anywhere on the machine at the barrier. Other cars around us were having the same issues. Pressed the help button which was eventually answered and the barrier.raised for us. On trying to park we drove round for some time before eventually finding a space, but cars were parked on grass verges, double yellow lines and other areas which weren't parking bays. We wonder if the car park had been overbooked. A stressful start to our holiday. "

  " When we arrived the car park was closed, we only found out by the mini bus driver, who was not the most forthcoming or friendly. He advised us to use the long stay car park, which we did. We were not notified of this change as a result it was not the best start to our holiday. "

  " Your car park was shut so you gave alternate directions that were poor
  Meant that myself and others ended up turning into the airport and having to pay to get out again
  Then a week later after parking the barrier wouldn’t go up , we needed a token you hadn’t given me - all at midnight ! "
