  " The directions to the car park were poor, unsure if we were in the right carpark for 3 weeks. Holiday Extras should be identified on the notices. Also at the barrier when we were leaving at 3am, it would not let my car out. If there is one exit for cars then it should be indicated that way. Not a good experience at the beginning or end of holiday, it just added to the stress. "
