Official Heathrow Airport Valet Parking

Transfers: Transfers are not needed as you are met at the airport terminal.

Security: Your car is parked in the the Business Parking car park which holds the Park Mark award and is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Arrival procedures: Drive to the Valet Parking reception, which is at the far end of the departures forecourt (the upper forecourt) in the lane nearest to the terminal. Park in one of the arrivals bays, then go to reception.[br] There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport. If you need to contact Valet Parking on the day you are travelling, please call 020 8976 9613.

Departure procedures: After clearing Customs, call 020 8976 9613. Come out of the arrivals building, take the third lane and turn right. Valet Parking reception is at the end on the right.

Please note:
Valet Parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders.

Trailers are not permitted. There is a height restrictions at Terminal 1 of 8 feet.
