If you want to park your car safely and as close to the airport as possible, then you can't go wrong with the Heathrow Long Stay. The official BAA car park serves terminals 1 and 3, and is on site at the airport, less than 15 minutes from either terminal. The Park Mark-awarded car park is fenced, with entry barriers, CCTV and frequent patrols.
Transfers: Buses run from the car park to terminals 1 and 3 at all times while the airport is open. Transfers are included in the price and take 7 to 15 minutes. p>
Security: The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has CCTV, a fence and frequent vehicle patrols. This high level of security has earned Heathrow Long Stay the Park Mark award from the Association of Chief Police Officers, who regularly inspect the car park to ensure standards are maintained.
On arrival at the Long Stay: Pull up to the barrier, which will automatically recognise your number plate, issue you a ticket and allow you access. Please ensure you keep hold of your ticket for when you return. Signs will indicate where you should park and where the nearest bus stop is from there.
On return to Heathrow Airport: Go to bus stop 2 at terminal 1, or 17 at terminal 3, to catch the bus back to the car park. Collect your car and drive to the exit barrier. Inset your ticket into the barrier and it will lift to allow you to exit. If your ticket says 'cashier' instead of your booking reference, you'll need to take it to the customer services office so it can be validated first.
Please note: You must ensure you provide us with the correct registration of the vehicle you will be parking or the barrier will be unable to recognise your number plate and the car park will charge you a £10 administration fee to transfer your parking to the other vehicle.
The transfer buses run every 10 to 12 minutes until a half hour after the last flight arrives. If your flight is delayed, the car park will be aware and the buses will run later. Should you arrive outside of these hours for any reason, call the car park on 020 8745 6272, and the transfer bus will come and get you.
If your car remains at the car park longer than arranged, the car park will charge you its standard rate for the additional days. We are unable to offer refunds for extra days if you should return early.
Long Stay used to be called Parking Express.
