Normandy Glasgow Airport Busy but very good service.

Normandy Glasgow Airport Hotel was great, initial transfer to the airport was fine and as described. However on the return trip, there was only one driver and lots of people requiring transport. We had to wait for 40 minutes from initial call until we got our transport and at 9pm on a Saturday night with a 2 year old in frosty conditions that was not acceptable.

Hotel was appalling. Booked double room, given twin room with no lighting, very, very noisy hotel, has a lot of events in the function rooms. Dated and in need of refurbishment. Would never stay here again, in fact did not stay here at all
