- Directions: Go through Passport Control to the departure area and follow the signs to the Airline Lounge on the Upper Level - access by stairs or lift
- Earliest Arrival: 05.00 hours
- Lounge Closing Time: 22.00 hours
- Dress Code: Lounges have a smart casual dress code
- Smoking: This lounge has a designated smoking area
- Children/Infants: Over 12's only
- Luggage: For security reasons, all luggage must be taken with you should you wish to leave the lounge, even if you plan to return
- Facilities Included: TV, complimentary bar, showers, toilets, newspapers/magazines and snacks
- Business: Fax, Internet, phone (all subject to a small charge)
- Disabled/Wheelchair: Landside via lift to 3rd floor. Airside lift to Upper Level. Disabled toilets in the lounge.
- Food and Beverage: Complimentary snacks (biscuits/crisps), coffee, tea, soft & alcoholic drinks are available in the lounge. There is a charge for champagne
- The lounge is situated airside of the South terminal
