Long Stay 3 (EXT) Easy to book and secure in the knowledge that it's all paid for so you can just drive off when you return from your holiday. Long Stay 3 (EXT) The system did not really work. When we arrived at the airport car park the system would only issue a normal car park ticket and not a prepaid one. Because we had used the system before we new this would be a problem on our return so we had to walk to the ticket office and get our ticket electronically accepted. This worked when we eventually got to the ticket barrier on return but unfortunately a lot of others did not realise the problem so their tickets did not work and it took approximately 15mins just to exit the car parkMr Cooke 12 May, 2016 (3 out of 5)

Long Stay 3 (EXT) I have used Airparks a few times now flying from Exeter and have always found it easy to book on line and received confirmation of my booking and payment within minutes. On my recent flight back from Malaga we were delayed which took me past the time I had set as leaving the car park (even though I added on an extra hour to cover problems) but I wasn't charged anything extra, I had lost my ticket and a very nice attendant at the parking Kiosk raised the barrier for me! I was already stressed by being late, losing ticket and getting drenched, so it was a great relief that there was an actual person in attendance who could help! Long Stay 3 (EXT) Easy booking, close to airport, reasonable price and excellent car park attendant on the way out when my flight was delayed by 4 hours.
What could be better? Signposting on the way in with better directions as to what to do. This could be done at the time of booking in the confirmation email.
I will use you again.
