  " Excellent airport parking 5mins for terminal. Alway use when flying from Edinburgh. Pick up bus every 5-15 mins. No pick up at wide spaces carpark had to walk to main carpark but only 1-2 minute walk so no problem. "

  Parking places narrow with rows of cars close to each other making parking difficult.

  " Great service at Premiair EDI. Left my bag on one of the service roads in the dark on my return. Managed to contact the duty man at 04:00 hrs on 27 July, one hour after departing the carpark. He was extremely helpful and confirmed within 10 mins my bag was still there and secured it for me until I returned. As it had my wallet/passports/computer, it was a great relief.
  Only downside was the increasing costs noted for all airport parking but not juts Premiair. "

  " We couldn't get into the park, because it didn't recognise my car registration. After a bit of frustration we pressed the help button, and the lady did let us in after I gave her my booking ref number. Even then she couldn't find my booking ref/ no, she said my reg/ no was booked under a car I got rid of 5 years ago. However the lady was very helpful and I got parked up. The bus service was very good but we had to go to the park opposite to get it as our pick up point was shut, but that didn't worry us at all. Overall very good "

  " Overall very happy with the service. Only 2 small issues: due to amount of customers not everybody manged to get onto the bus and they had to wait for the next one. Perhaps there should be additional buses. And I could not see any disabled parking spots or signs for it on Car Park 2 (wide spaces) "
