  " Unfortunately I parked in the wrong car park, short stay instead of long stay. Early morning arrival and confusion over signs. On departure no dramas as after pressing the help button the barrier was raised by a very helpful operative and we were on our way. "

  " On arrival a nice chap with a clip board greeted us by name and directed me to a parking place, told me where to go and drop the keys off. When I went to the office the chap in there told me he had no record of my booking despite me giving him my booking reference. How can the man outside know my name from registration number yet there be no record of my booking on the computer inside.
  The chap took my booking reference number and booked the car in manually. I was not at all convinced that he knew what he was doing and all the time we were away my companions were joking that I wouldn’t have a car when I got back. When I got off the plane on my return I was delighted to be able to see my car from the aircraft, however all not was not well when I went to retrieve my keys, the lady in office was not expecting me and could not find my keys she even asked me if we hadn’t got on the plane!!!
  After much rummaging about to my relief my keys were found and returned to me and and we left the airport thinking that meet and greet was was being run by a bunch of clowns. "

  " When we got to the airport all the Airparks signs and parking were replaced with a covid site. There was nothing to tell us where to go and it took ages to realise we had to park in the normal long stay. "

  " Brill parking site. Clearly signposted and plenty of spaces. At 1st it didn't recognize our car, pressed help button, told them our name and in, that easy. Would use these every time. "

  " Our first time flying from Doncaster airport. Parking could not have been easier, makes such a change! Just a short walk away, no hassle. "

  " Very convenient. To access the park I had to drive through the airport drop off zone and my ticket wouldn't raise the exit gate so I had to use my credit card. As a result I've probably been charged.
  Drivers ahead of me seemed to have same problem. An umbrella which I left in the boot was broken when I returned. The radio station set up appeared to have been changed so I'm wondering what went on! "
