From the south take the M6 north. Join the A74 and then the A74M signposted Scotland, Dumfries and Stranraer. Join the M74. At Junction 4 join the M73. At Junction 2 join the M8 signposted Glasgow city centre. Leave at Junction 28. The airport is signposted from here.

From the north take the M80/A80 south. Join the M8 signposted Greenock. Leave at Junction 28A. The airport is signposted from here.

From the East take the M8/A8 west. Leave at Junction 28A, the airport is signposted from here.
