Shops & Leisure at Cardiff Airport

Cardiff Airport offers a range of convenience stores for passengers before boarding, such as two World News outlets, one located landside, and one airside. The stores provide common convenience items such as newspapers, magazines, books, gifts, confectionery and tobacco, and are open between 4.30am and 10pm every day. Bag Boutique offer a wide variety of quality bags for every occasion, ideal for browsing just before a holiday. Cardiff Airport also offers duty free at the Nuance Travel store which is located within the International Departure Lounge. Nuance Travel stock a range of tax-free products including perfume, cosmetics, clothing, electronics, confectionery, tobacco and alcohol. Nuance Travel is open from 5am-11pm daily. In addition to World News, Cardiff Airport has WHSmith stores located both before security and in the departure lounge to ensure that passengers have access to popular convenience items.

Bars & Dining

There is a wide range of options available for eating and drinking at Cardiff Airport, as the food court and bars are situated landside, with cafes and bars in the departure lounge. The food court looks out over the runway and offers a variety of hot and cold dishes. The Food Village is located just before going through security on the first floor of the terminal building.

There are alternative options available including a Burger King outlet which offers the same menu at the same prices found on the high street. The Scrum Half bar is open to all departing passengers within normal licensing hours, and offers a range of both hot and cold drinks. Cafe Ritazza is a popular airside cafe within the terminal offering hot and cold beverages, and pastries. The Echo bar is located in the departure lounge, has a full range of alcoholic and soft drinks and a full food menu. The bar offers a ‘video wall’ which plays the latest music videos.
