What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the APH Drop and Go car park and park up in one of the arrival bays. Once you've done that head to reception and book your car into the car park, hand your keys to the staff and they'll find a parking spot for your car while you head to the airport.

Top Tip: Please allow some extra time to check-in and transfer during the busier periods.

How do I get to Birmingham Airport?

APH Drop and Go provides a free transfer bus to the airport which runs every 10 - 15 minutes and takes around 14 minutes

What about when it's time to leave?

When you arrive back at Birmingham Airport you can catch the free transfer shuttle back to the APH Drop and Go car park, once there head to the check-out shelter where the dispenser will return your keys and indicate where you car is parked. Find you car, hop in and head home!

How safe is my car?

While you're away your car will remain in the APH Drop and Go, secured car park. Below you can see the security features present in the car park:

APH Drop and Go cannot accept any large vehicles such as transit or any vehicles with trailers.

There is electric vehicle charging available at this car park but the availabilty of this may be restricted at busy times.

There are disabled toilets in the car park and the transfer buses are wheelchair accessible.
