  " On arrival its easy just pull into the parking lanes once parked there is always a friendly member of staff to help you check in. When the bus arrives you get a comfortable journey to the airport. When we arrived back after our holiday it was raining quite heavy so when outside the airport there are no shelters over the bus stops as well as ourselves the cases were getting really wet luckily we didn't have to wait long for a bus. When you have just arrived back from a hot holiday you do not have umbrellas or wet weather clothing. I think this needs looking into. "

  " Hassle free Airport parking. Heated bus shelters are a massive plus in the cold mornings/evenings, compared to the official luton parking. Best price available for a 6 day holiday. Been using it for the past 3 years , will never change. "

  " Very efficient system and close to airport and friendly staff. We have used Airparks many times and the new key collection system is good but there should be more ticket scan machines and they should be sited away from the key boxes as a queue soon builds up if someone makes a mistake, has a problem or doesn't know how to use it. No one else can then use the machine to get their key and congestion and queues soon build up in a very small area. "

  " The system for collecting our car was new to us and took a while to work out after a long day travelling but we appreciated the added security. The coach drivers were very helpful and the system worked well. Also the cost of a week's parking was very reasonable. "
