  " The basic simplicity of it all. press a couple of buttons, drop off the keys, jump on the bus and, ten minutes later you are at Luton Airport. Coming back, the only problem is where to queue; on the last two occasions, the bus bay has been virtually inaccessible because of the number of people at adjoining gates. "
