  " It's more a case of what I did not enjoy. I would have appreciated some form of communication from you either by text or email to alert me to the fact that my car was parked in car park No.3 at Prestwick which was subsequently flooded while I was away. I would have thought some form of message would have been appropriate but your company decided to leave me completely in the dark until I arrived back on the 17th to see a notice board telling me that the car park was shut - very poor indeed. I know you take no responsibility for loss or theft while the car is parked there but to not even alert me to the possibility of my car potentially suffering from water damage is not good customer relations. Fortunately my car was unaffected unlike a considerable amount of people who returned from holiday to find their car irreparably damaged by water. "
