New Flights From Glasgow to BrusselsMarch 2005 - SN Brussels Airlines is to launch a new service from Glasgow to Brussels. The airline will offer 9 flights a week to Brussels, from 2 June 2005.
The news will act as a major boost to the Glasgow city`s financial sector. Giving the city direct access to a European hub and a most vibrant capital city.
Stephen Baxter , Managing Director of Glasgow Airport is delighted to welcome this important new route:
"We have made a determined effort to increase the number of direct international flights available from Glasgow, working in partnership with Glasgow City Council and the local Tourist Board. This joined-up approach is winning new routes for Glasgow and helping to put our city on the map as an international destination."
