Park2Travel Outdoor (LBA) Park to Travel was very good. Easy to find on industrial estate with good signs. Quick check in of car and bus ready to take us on short journey to Leeds/Bradford Airport. On arrival back bus was waiting to collect us and we had to give name on bus and then given car key. When arrived at car park then told where car parked. Viking Airport Parking (LBA) Your car park was shut so you gave alternate directions that were poor
Meant that myself and others ended up turning into the airport and having to pay to get out again

Sentinel (LBA) Excellent, efficient service.We were in the airport within 15 minutes of arriving at the car park and on our return the bus was waiting to take us back to the car par and the driver was very helpful with our luggage. Park2Travel Outdoor (LBA) The gentleman doing the airport transfer on my departure date was extremely helpful. I was traveling on my own with a lot of luggage. I called to check how it would work as I couldn't move it all on my own and he reassured me he would be in and would help me. That removed a big worry out of the trip.
When I arrived there seemed to be too many cars in the car park, was instructed to park by the road just outside, but the car was perfectly parked when I collected it.

Viking Airport Parking (LBA) Finding the parking location was very difficult as post code for the location was closed. Had to go into the other car park opposite and they directed us into airport for Vikings new location. There were no instructions or signage for the car park, tried calling the mobile number which didn’t work. Took 20 minutes to find and took a gamble of leaving the car in the long stay car park. Sentinel (LBA) I won't use any other carpark at LBA. The staff are excellent and feel assured my car is safely parked whilst I'm away. Never had to wait for a shuttle bus to and from the airport for the 2 minute journey.Mrs Curran 21 May, 2022 (10 out of 10)

Sentinel (LBA) Airparks (Sentinel) were excellent. Easy to find and park up with bus ready to take us to Leeds Bradford terminal. Again on return bus was ready and driver helped with the cases. Quick easy collection of key and easy to find car for quick getaway.Mr Grief 15 May, 2022 (10 out of 10)

Viking Airport Parking (LBA) Our pre-booked Airport was changed without explanation & we were booked into the long stay airport car park. We had to walk to the bus stop with our luggage was OK but would we feel the same if it was teaming with rain?
Coming back was chaotic. We waited for 20 minutes, last ones on the crammed bus & had to get off (with luggage) twice to allow others off!Mr Williamson 10 May, 2022 (6 out of 10)

Park2Travel Indoor (LBA) Process is very easy to negotiate. Staff are efficient and overall very friendly. We have used Airparks twice both at Leeds Bradford. Both flights have been late night arrivals and on both occasions we have found that the drivers of the bus were not as helpful as you would expect. First driver was rude to us because we could not locate the bus, we were the only passengers on the bus. The second driver was also unhelpful when we asked if this was the right bus. Both drivers were male. I do not think that short tempered drivers brought on due to the late hour as showing Airparks at their best but otherwise a fabulous service.Miss Silver 18 Apr, 2022 (10 out of 10)
