Ace Meet and Greet at Gatwick Airport offers a professional, convenient parking solution for those in a hurry, travellers with a disability or for families loaded with luggage.
It is a simple and efficient service in which a fully insured chauffeur will meet you at either Gatwick North or South terminal and collect your car at a pre-arranged time that is determined by you - there's no need to find a parking space or catch a transfer. Upon your return to Gatwick they will deliver your car to you, ready for your drive home.

A fully insured chauffeur will collect your car from you at the terminal and drive it to Ace's secured parking compound just 10 miles from the airport where it will remain for the duration of your trip. Ace have a purpose built car park that is permanently monitored to ensure complete security of all vehicles stored onsite. The floodlit car park has full perimeter fencing surrounding all vehicles and 24 hour full time security patrols.
When you are 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport call Ace parking on 07818 062875 or 07795 566133. Upon arrival at either Gatwick North or South terminal follow signs for Short Stay Passenger drop off; here you will be greeted by an Ace representative wearing a pink shirt. They will take your keys, check your car for damage, take photos and park your car in their secured parking compound just 10 miles from the airport.
Gatwick South departures - Along the approach road to Gatwick South terminal, follow signposts for Short Stay Passenger Drop off and make your way to stops 11 and 12 on the lower floor. Here you will be met by one of Ace's chauffeurs who will be wearing pink.
Gatwick North departures - On the approach to Gatwick North terminal, follow signs for Short Stay Passenger Drop off. The drop-off zone is on the lower level forecourt, near the car rentals building, this can be found between the Sofitel Hotel and the multi-storey car; here you will be met by an Ace representative who will be wearing pink.
After baggage reclaim you will need to call Ace on 07818 062875 or 07795 566133 to let them know you have arrived. Make your way back to the drop-off point where you left your car, and your car will be waiting for you as you step out of the terminal.
Vehicle restrictions: Unfortunately Ace are unable to accept the following makes of cars and vehicles. Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati. They are also unable to accept mobile homes, lorries, caravans and trailers.
Opening times: Ace Meet & Greet operates around the clock but does not accept any arrivals or departures on 25/26/31 December and 1 January.
Minimum stay duration: 1 day
Minimum charge: 1 day at day rates
Disabled facilities: Passengers requiring assistance should inform ACE Meet and Greet before travelling on 01293 533 000. The office opening hours are Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 17:00.
