Airparks Gatwick procedures

Parking off-site at Gatwick means transfers are needed to get to-and-from the airport. Transfers are included in the price with Airparks Gatwick, so there's no need to worry about how you're going to get there and how much it's going to cost. Transfers are run as part of our Park and Ride service and will take you to-and-from both North and South terminals.
Transfers are regular and efficient, running 24 hours a day. The transfer bus operates every 20 minutes and takes only 12 minutes to the North terminal, and 17 to the South terminal. Check out the Airparks Gatwick bus timetable.

On arrival...
On arrival at Airparks Gatwick keep to the left hand lane and drive through the automatic barrier. Park your vehicle in one of the arrivals bays, remembering your lane number. Once at reception present them with your booking confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and car and flight details. Place your car keys in the red key box, with corresponding lane number, before catching the bus to your terminal. The bus leaves from the reception area and calls at both terminals. We recommend you leave at least 45 minutes for check-in and your transfer to the airport.

On return...
On departure from the South terminal, proceed to bus stop 13 or from the North terminal, go to bus stop five and wait for the Airparks bus. Once you return to Airparks Gatwick, please have your vehicle receipt ready for arrival at reception and collection of your car.

As this is generally the most convenient, time-saving option - it does mean that you can end up paying a lot more than you would by parking off-site. Meet and greet/valet parking

Valet parking, or sometimes known as meet and greet parking is the most convenient and time-saving parking at Gatwick airport. Valet parking completely removes the need for transfers. All you have to do is drive to the airport terminal and a qualified driver will take your vehicle to a secured car park for the duration of your trip. What's more, your car is brought back to you directly outside the Gatwick terminals on your return.
