What about when it's time to leave?
When you get back into the UK just walk back to the car park; your car will be right where you left it. Hop in and drive to the exit barrier, put your ticket into the machine and the barrier will raise to let you out.

There are disabled parking bays on the ground floor, you will need to display your Blue Badge while you're away. There are lifts to each level and all of Car Parks 2 and 3 have disabled access.

Car Parks 2 and 3 Birmingham Parking was straightforward and convenient and would have scored higher but the cost was excessive. Much higher than in previous years.
