  " The short run carpark was indeed 5 mi uses from the terminal, however the buses only went every 20 minutes meaning you had to allow 30mins from parking to terminal both ways.
  Directions on the website are not that clear and certainly were not what my sat nav suggested...and I used.

  " The stated transfer time was 5 minutes, which was accurate …. but this did not include the 20 mins waiting for the bus, or sat on the bus waiting for it to leave. Meaning it was an additional 25 minutes each way added to the journey. "

  " All went well except for having to wait for a bus to take us back to car. This has happened every time we have used Airparks. The last thing you want is to have to wait for a bus, then get people pushing in, and then not get a seat on the bus. More buses need to be made available, as flight details have to be given to Airparks, so you should have some idea on how many passengers there should be at certain time. "

  " We parked our car at the Mackadown Lane site for one week. They were expecting us and we were given clear instructions what to do as well as a printed receipt to be kept for our return. We had several reminders by email and text prior to our stay. Courtesy bus to and from Birmingham airport was quick and efficient. "

  " I made a genuine mistake about the time, changed it 3 days before we went on holiday and was charged £39.95 which I thought was very expensive. We then were charged £18.00 more when we collected our car after the holiday.
  All In all very expensive, would never use this airport parking again. "

  " Very disappointing when leaving the car park as wanted to charge £248 having already prepaid. Took a while to get help. No one around and not very clear on how to get help. Eventually spoke to somebody who lifted the barrier. Not what you want when it’s late at night and prepaid for easiness! "
