It's very rewarding for us when we recieve good feedback from our customers, it's the most satisfying part of our job. Here are a few of the great feedback comments we've had since we've been providing an airport parking service at Manchester International Airport.
"I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at Airparks. We have never done this before & was a bit worried. The service & professionalism was absolutely brilliant. It was so easy. The staff are lovely. The only one thing that was probably our fault was when we came back to Manchester airport, we knew the collection letter (L) but we got lost coming out of the airport & I had to ask for directions. Perhaps you could give a little note with the directions back to the airport pick up point with the little card."

The bus drivers are also very helpful and polite. Just wanted to say I have recommended you to lots of people I have met at the airport and also on planes. "A brilliant scheme which worked faultlessly; excellent clear directions of how to get to the site; friendly, clued up staff; all parking done for you; bus ready right there (we were especially lucky in that one was just about to leave as we reached it); quick, comfortable transfer to Airport; kept informed by p.a system. Appreciated even more on our return when 3 hour delay on flight from Croatia meant we were correspondingly later (about midnight). Service still running as before and as friendly; in spite of late hour. Seemed to be well-informed about the late flight. And for less expensive than fortnight in Airport long-stay car-park. Also so helpful being able to book through travel agent. Altogether - have no fault to find. Full praise and gratitude."

"I am writing to express our thanks to the staff at this site. The staff were really helpful, friendly and punctual when we left on Monday, however due to the fires in Greece, we had to leave Greece without any notice. When we departed we were worried that the car would not be ready. Thankfully we called the car park and they had our car waiting as soon as we arrived. That really impressed us all and my three children were able to relax on our journey to Birmingham."

"Thank you! I am most impressed as a result of some confusion at Manchester my car had not been recovered in readiness for my return. Your staff were very apologetic. In my rush to get away in the torrential rain, I left my walking stick outside the office. I telephone the following day and spoke to a very helpful young woman who returned my stick and sent it to my home. Your staff are a credit to you."

" The service I received was outstanding. On arriving back to collect my car, after a long overnight flight my fuse had blown on my windscreen wipers after heavy frost. The staff were fantastic, they made my daughter a bed, gave her hot chocolate and made every effort to help me. The AA let me down and didn't turn up. One of the members of staff called her husband who talked me through fixing it myself and at the same time provided service to other family's effortlessly - her manners and customer service was the best I have received anywhere. Thank you so much."
