Comments from our Luton Airparks'^® customers...

It's very rewarding for us when we recieve good feedback from our customers, it's the most satisfying part of our job. Here are a few of the great feedback comments we've had since we've been providing an airport parking service at London Luton Airport.

"Marvin Rice was our driver back from Luton airport in the early evening of 24th Sept 07. My partner is disabled and so I had 2 suitcases and a rucksac. Mr. Rice helped me with the cases on an off the bus and was courteous and friendly. He could not have been more helpful."

"My wife and I recently used your car parking services at Luton Airport, departing on 6th September. We were due to return on 20th Sept, but due to a family bereavement, we had to return early on Saturday 15th September. I phoned the car park office from Bulgaria to advise of our early return and the young lady that I spoke to was very courteous and helpful.

On our return, I found that we had a major problem with our car which resulted in calling out the RAC. The subsequent help and support that we received was commendable and, in particular, one young lady who went out of her way to make sure that we were ok and to get us a cup of coffee and to be of general assistance to us (by coincidence, this was the same lady that I spoke to originally from Bulgaria). Nothing was too much trouble for her or the other staff on duty and we very much appreciated the support that we received in what was a very fraught and difficult situation for us - the staff were a credit to your company and I would appreciate it if you could convey our thanks to the people concerned."

From the driver to the receptionist we were treated with kindness and efficiency - very welcome after a difficult journey.

I recently left my brand new car at your Luton car park. I was a little uneasy about leaving my precious baby with strangers - but as soon as I arrived I was dealt with promptly and efficiently and in a very friendly fashion. The staff seemed to get on well with each other and couldn't have been nicer to customers. Transfers to and from Luton Airport were trouble free and my car was readily accessible on my return. I'll definitely use Airparks again. Thank you."

"Just a quick note to say how impressed I was with the service I received at Luton Airparks last week.
Within 5 minutes of arriving at the car park, we were on the bus to the airport (having been served by friendly and helpful staff) and likewise, within 10 minutes of getting out of the airport at the end of our holiday, we were on the bus back to the car park, where our car had been brought to the collection bay. Once again it took us less than 5 minutes to collect the keys from helpful and courteous staff and drive away (even though it was after 11.00pm).

Thanks for making the start and end of the holiday run so smoothly. We shall certainly be using the car parks again."
