It's very rewarding for us when we recieve good feedback from our customers, it's the most satisfying part of our job. Here are a few of the great feedback comments we've had since we've been providing an airport parking service at Birmingham Airport.

"Really pleased with the service. The lady on reception was very helpful. Bus was noticeably clean. On our return journey we didn't think we would be able to get on as queues were very long, but the driver organised all the luggage and not only did we get on, 3 more couples got oon also. Very efficient."

"On arrival at your site at Mackadown Lane, the staff were made aware of a mechanical fault that had happened just prior to our arrival. The supervisor and staff were very helpful in assisting me and my passengers (one being severely disabled) to get to the airport without any problems. On returning the following week during severe weather conditions they were again more than helpful as the breakdown service had not returned or replaced my vehicle (as they said they would). Our wait was made easier & comfortable by the courteous help of the supervisor Mr. Roy Sansome and the on duty staff (especially Mrs. Clare Jones). Could you therefore please convey our very appreciated gratitude."
